Here you’ll find everything from fermentation, kneading, and shaping dough to get that perfect, artisanal loaf. In these recipes I use a variety of flours, you can switch them up, but if you want a “pinterest worthy” loaf, use bread flour – it rises best, and makes the most beautiful loaf. Or use equal parts bread flour and whole grain to get the best of both worlds;)
