Why Make Freezer Jam?

  • No cooking required – Retains the fresh fruit flavor.
  • Less sugar, more fruit – This recipe uses erythritol, a natural sugar substitute that has no aftertaste.
  • Quick & easy – It’s ready to eat in just 10 minutes! Just blend, mix, and store—no need for water baths or pectin.
  • Customizable – Adjust the sweetness, thickness, and fruit combinations to your liking.

Freezer Jam Storage & Best Practices

To keep your jam tasting fresh and delicious, follow these storage tips:

  • Always use airtight, freezer-safe containers to prevent freezer burn and oxidation.
  • Avoid regular glass jars in the freezer. If you plan to freeze this jam, you will need a jar specially designed for freezing. Regular glass jars can crack due to expansion.
  • If a layer turns brown on top, it’s still safe to eat—just scrape it off before using.
  • Label your jars with the date so you know when to use them by.

Customize Your Jam!

Want to get creative? Try these variations:

🌿 Peach Mango Ginger Jam – Add 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger for a zesty twist.

🍍 Tropical Blend – Swap half the peaches for pineapple or banana.

🍓 Berry Infusion – Add 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries for extra depth.

🌶 Spicy Mango Jam – Mix in a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of Tajin Chamoy for a sweet-and-spicy kick!

  • I never though to combine peaches and mango in jam but this is really good. I like mine sweeter so I added more. But very good, I really like the texture… It’s just like fresh fruit. Doesn’t have the jelly like gel. Thank you
