This peach mango freezer jam is so flavorful, you’d never guess it doesn’t use traditional sugar! That's because of my secret ingredient! We LOVE it on pancakes and waffles, but there are endless ways you can enjoy it!
Freezer Jam
I started out with strawberry freezer jam at first. Darin (my husband) and I had a pretty successful strawberry patch going and were picking them by the gallons.
Our kids watched as I blended the strawberries with lemon juice and Ultra Gel and put it into jars. As soon as they saw an opportunity, they were in the kitchen with fingers and spoons scraping my bowls. And, I couldn't make enough to last very long because they ate it like ice cream.
A few years later, my moms apricot tree had a bumper crop and she let me use them for Apricot freezer jam. I bottled 50 pints and it lasted a little longer, but everyone LOVED it on their Saturday morning pancakes.
But I still wanted a 100% sugar free recipe! I despise most sugar substitutes, because they're bad for you.... Till I found these Erythritol granules! I've tried so many sugar substitutes, but this one is by far the best! It's granules are SMALL and easy to incorporate. And, there is no after taste!
Sugar FREE Peach Mango Freezer Jam
Our family has always loved mango's so that is a natural choice for us. Unfortunately, mangos are always really expensive in our neck of the woods. However, we also LOVE peaches, and have a couple peach trees in the backyard. Peaches and mangos have a similar taste and texture, so this sugar free peach-mango freezer jam tastes like mango freezer jam!
The Easy Sugar Free Peach Mango Freezer Jam Recipe
This freezer jam recipe is super easy to make and pairs perfectly sweet peaches, mangos, lime juice and Ultra Gel with only ½ a cup of erythritol. Literally, one of the best sugar free jams ever.
You really can play with all freezer jams made with Ultra Gel thickener... It will thicken without any sugar at all, so you can omit the Erythritol all together if you want.
You can also add more or less of each fruit, as long as you adjust the lemon juice and Ultra Gel to thicken it to the right consistency.
You'll Need
- A blender or food processor.
- Measuring cups.
- Lemon or Lime Juice.
- 2 cups chopped mangos.
- 2 cups chopped peaches.
- Erythritol granules to taste.
- Ultra Gel or EZ Gel powder.
- Freezer safe jelly jars or storage containers.
You can also make your freezer jam as thin or as thick as you like. Just add or subtract Ultra Gel by 2 tablespoons at a time to get the desired thickness. If it's too thin, add 2 tablespoons of Ultra Gel and mix or blend well. And vice versa it it's too thick, then add more lemon juice or fruit till you get a thinner product.
It's important to remember with freezer jam that this is going to go in the freezer, and may stay there for up to 2 years. So make sure you get some good freezer safe jars or containers that will keep air out, because air will turn the top layer brown. It will still be edible, but you'll probably want to take that ugly layer off.
If you aren't already, you're going to be converted to freezer jam after you try this!

I never though to combine peaches and mango in jam but this is really good. I like mine sweeter so I added more. But very good, I really like the texture... It’s just like fresh fruit. Doesn’t have the jelly like gel. Thank you
Darlene
Awesome recipe for a quick sugar free jam! I like mine a bit sweeter so I added a bit more sweetener. Very good though!
