ERYTHRITOL SWEETENER

This is an excellent alternative sweetener! Erythritol is a sugar alcohol made with yeast that ferments the glucose in corn and wheat starch.

Erythritol is a lower-calorie alternative to traditional sugar and other sugar alcohols. For example:

  1. Sugar – 4 calories per gram.
  2. Xylitol – 2.4 calories per gram.
  3. Erythritol – 0.24 calories per gram.

Erythritol provides about 70% of the sweetness of sugar with significantly fewer calories! This Erythritol is super fine and mixes super well into your jam and other recipes!
