This raspberry bread pudding is perfect for Christmas morning! Just put it together the night before, then bake while you’re opening gifts!

Perfectly sweet and tart from the frozen raspberries! Raspberries & cream bread pudding is beautifully red and white dusted with powdered sugar… Just like Christmas!

This is delicious on its own but would be wonderful served with bacon, sausage, eggs, or fresh fruit!

Raspberries and Cream Bread Pudding Ingredients

1 small loaf bread. You can also use 10 slices of bread, or 5 medium dinner rolls.

6 eggs – I use large eggs.

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup real maple syrup

1 – 8 oz pkg of cream cheese

3 cups frozen raspberries

1/4 cup cream for drizzling

powder sugar for dusting

Dash of salt.

How to make it!

First pull your cream cheese out of the fridge to soften.

Slice bread into 1 inch cubes and place them in a big mixing bowl.

in another mixing bowl blend together:

cream cheese

eggs

cream

maple syrup

dash salt.

Pour your blended egg mixture over bread cubes, and add your 3 cups of frozen raspberries.

gently fold together all ingredients, and pour into a buttered 9×13 baking dish.

at this point you can cover it with plastic wrap till Christmas morning when you’re ready to bake it.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Drizzle 1/4 cup heavy cream over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes.

Let cool, and dust with powdered sugar right before serving!
