Just a few pantry staples come together in this simple recipe to make the best raspberry cobbler!

This delicious raspberry cobbler one of our favorite fruit desserts and can be enjoyed year-round. When fresh raspberries are in season, you can make this cobbler with the freshest summer berries. If you can’t find fresh raspberries, you can always use frozen berries. Just be sure to adjust the baking time slightly.
Like my peach cobbler and blackberry cobbler, this recipe uses a batter topping instead of a biscuit topping… Batter topping is better because it sinks in with the berries and creates the best thick cobbler texture!
Serve raspberry cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. It’s a perfect dessert for family gatherings, potlucks, or a cozy night in!
